Job Description

A highly profitable property company with strong regional presence is looking for a (Asst) HR Manager to take charge of the all round HR functions.

About the job:

  • Responsible for all round HR functions including recruitment, C&B, employee engagement, staff relations etc., with particular focus on C&B
  • Responsible for annual C&B exercises including salary review, bonus pay-out, annual budgeting, medical plan review etc.
  • Handle end to end payroll process for HK & other regional offices
  • Review and revamp HR policies and recommend and changes leading to best-practice operations
  • Participate in employee engagement survey and communication sessions, prepare analysis and follow up improvement plans
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects when assigned

About the person:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 8+ years HR experience in sizeable organization, preferably with focus on C&B
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong labour law ; experience in regional role would be a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
