Our client is the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group – with a presence in 18 markets around the Asia-Pacific region.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and meeting
  • Post recruitment advertisements
  • Consolidate contingent workforce vendor reports and contract administration
  • Assist on administrative aspects of Recruitment as well as Learning & Development related events, e.g. Career Fairs, Management Associate and Internship programmes, Training workshops, etc
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required


Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary Educated with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and sense of urgency
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; a strong team player
  • Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee data with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
