Job Description

Our client is an international beauty retailer with reputable brand-name in the market.

About the Role:
*Responsible for full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc.
*Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for office and retail staff from liaising with hiring managers, explore diversities of recruitment channels etc.
*Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to calculation of monthly payroll, MPF, tax returns, tax filing, benefit administration etc.
* Assist in annual performance management, salary review and participate in salary survey
*Provide consultative advises and work closely with department heads to deal with staff issues
*Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

About the People
*Bachelor Degree Holder in business administration or related disciplines
*Proactive and fast-paced and flexible, independent at work
*At least 3 years of solid generalist experiences preferably experiences gained from retail/FMCG industry,candidate with experiences in handling commission/ incentives is highly preferred
*Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
*Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior HR Officer
