An outstanding opportunity for a Native Mandarin speaker with HR experience to join a well-known company.

Client Details

Our client is a US MNC, with regional office in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Native Mandarin speaker to join their HR shared service team for coordinating and monitoring China market. They will provide attractive salary and benefit package to the suitable candidate.


  • On a day-to-day basis, the HR Specialist will provide first line support to the employees and business in China.
  • This includes general HR issues, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding for new employees, and general HR administrative support.
  • In this capacity the HR Specialist is also expected to be the bridge for business cultures in assisting employees in understanding programs, protocols, and culture, while apprising management on relevant China market's requirements and business norms.
  • Successful candidates will support the other Specialists and the Team Lead day-to-day with HR Operations work covering Asia/China.
  • There are additional responsibilities for this role that encompass the scheduling of training programs regionally for Asia/China.


  • Qualified business proficiency or higher in English and Mandarin, native Mandarin speaker is preferred
  • 3-5 year of HR experience, experience with a multinational company in China in a similar role is preferable
  • Proven track record of providing administrative/transactional support with excellence
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with MS Office Software and HRIS
  • A good team player
  • Immediately available
