Job Description

Our client is looking for a HR Specialist to join their team in HK.

The Position Profile:

* Provide administrative support on one-stop HR solutions to the team in areas such as manpower planning, recruitment & staffing, salary & benefits administration, personnel records management and employee services
* Maintain staff information, records in a proper manner
* Liaise, co-ordinate and monitor service providers to ensure smooth logistics arrangement and service quality
* Provide support for the PRC tax reporting to ensure regulatory compliance
* Administer logistics for development programs, management events and related activities
* Support any ad hoc projects assigned

* A recognized university degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or Business/ Management Studies or other discipline
* A seasoned Human Resources professional with at least 5 years' relevant experience
* Proven experience in managing multi-initiatives independently
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
* Result-oriented, meticulous and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
