Internal Title: Rewards and Engagement Responsible
A new position is now available in the HR-team in Hong Kong. We are recruiting for an Rewards and Engagement who will work in our Retail organization looking after the Greater China region.
Is this your next challenge?
As the Rewards and Engagement Responsible for H&M Retail, you will set the strategy and lead the execution of our rewards-related and internal mobility processes and operations. You will make sure the processes are running smoothly both internally and with external vendors with the overall aim of improving employee engagement as well as ensuring that our contract policies are aligned with our global standards and are fair and equal. We want you to develop and implement a range of tailored initiatives for the relevant employee audience and stay on top of emerging trends within the rewards and benefits area.
Your new team
We of course work as one team and you will cross-functionally work with the other HR functions (Learning & Recruitment, Region HR, Area HR…) towards achieving our HR goals. You will be the role model for reaching all our employees in an inspiring way and how to work with employee engagement.

We are looking for you who want to drive and challenge our existing and new framework with a growth mindset and new ideas around what will create engagement for our younger audience. You also have a passion for fashion and selling, always act in line with our Values and leadership expectations. You contribute to our business success by being results driven, business-minded and a team player; a role model for H&M. You are willing to learn and roll up your sleeves to support the business where needed. Strong communication skills will be important as you will act as a business partner locally and as a bridge between Global mobility and your market. We believe if you have a couple of years of experience as a generalist, together with a strong interest/understand in engagement and rewards would be ideal.
