
Responsibilities:
- Leads and/or participates in HRIS projects to include; identifying and analyzing business needs, business case development, project planning and management, functional specification documentation, solution design and implementation
- Oversee the HRIS improvement and analyst along with the HR Operations and Payroll team
- Review the HR workflow and determine potential areas for re-engineering aiming to boost the HR effectiveness and process governance
- Manage and develop appropriate HR processes and policies to keep the Company at a competitive position
- Engages internal clients with requirements gathering, process re-design and gap analysis. Recommends and implements process improvements to harmonize, standardize and streamline HR processes to provide efficiencies through automation and optimize the use of the HRIS
- Liaisons with vendors for ongoing support issues, upgrades, instance management, patching etc.
- Performs project work tasks as required to meet project deadlines and internal client expectations
- Manages project issues and risks, communicates status and escalates concerns to project sponsors/business owners
- Maintain business process documentation that enables standardization and supports regulatory, policy, and procedural compliance
- Lead HR business intelligence function coordinating the best use of reporting tools/resources, managing report demand, and assuring the standard production of all HR internal and external reports
Qualifications:
- Strong project planning and management skills and a proven ability to lead teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, allocate resources and manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with management, IT professionals, external vendor service providers, end users, and employee "customers" of HR services
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and define how effectively varying technologies and business practices meet business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is required
- 8 plus years of experience in HRIS management, HR generalist or analyst role supporting HR technology-enabled services is preferred
