Job Description

Our Client is a global MNC. Due to their expansion, we are currently looking for Assistant Admin Manager 30-38k / (Senior) HR IT Officer 13-20K to join their Hong Kong team.

 

 

For (Senior) HR Officer (HRIS, 20-25k)

 

  • Under HR team, Assistant to Manager to handle HR Project
  • Experience as a system administrator to handle HR system in terms of Recruitment, Staff Performance, Learning & Development, etc.
  • Responsible to handle HR projects in Corporate / Group level 
  • Knowledge in PMP or Prince 2 is an advantage
  • Occasional overseas travel

 

 

For Assistant Admin Manager (30-38k)

  • Manage all-round general office administrative works such as office supplies, repairs and maintenance, office renovation and relocation
  • Maintain accurate and orderly office record and filing system
  • Assist in organizing company events and ad hoc projects
  • Supervise office assistant & tea lady to deliver professional administrative function to the company
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
