Their hero products are the best-selling within the respected category in both modern trade and general trade channels. The company has its own R&D department that is dedicated for new product development and existing products evaluation. Planning to further expand their business and market share, they are now looking to a Human Resource Manager to the team.
As a professional Human Resource Manager (Business Partner), you will report to General Manager, APAC and provide full spectrum HR functions to the group, strategically focus on development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and well-being. You will establish short and long term goals to drive business success, ensure the people agenda lives and is actioned upon within the unit, and drive associate advocacy. You will also need to lead the implementation of the performance management and training system that addresses company needs. You are also expected to strengthen employee relations and create a great promotion and reward system. Last but not least, you goal is to achieve the group mission by communicating and ensure compliance and consistency with different external parties.
