Job Description

 -    Degree Holder in Human Resource Management or related disciplines

-    With 3 - 5 years of practical Human Resources or Office Administration experience is preferred

- Assist in company wide office administration

-  Handle full spectrum of human resources & administrative functions and activities with major focus on Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & BenefitsTraining & Development, Attendance System, CSR events and performance management

-    Formulate and implement company policies aligning organization and staff development together with operations and business strategies

-   Coordinate with external parties, coordinate for IT related issues

-   Strong computer skills, particularly in Word & Excel

-   Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

-   Self-motivated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills

-   Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resource Officer

- Immediately available is highly preferred
