Job Description

 

Your role:

  • Act as a business partner for assigned outlets
  • Performing HR duties including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Staff Relations & Training and Development
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and assigned

 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • 1-2 years' of experience in the human resources function, preferably in the food and beverage/catering or hospitality industry  
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Experience in handling payroll
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Detailed-oriented and sensitive to numbers
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure

 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources & Administration Officer.
