Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide clerical support to the team in human resources & office administration functions
  • Support human resources duties, including recruitment, leave and attendance administration, maintain personnel databases and filing records
  • Assist ad hoc projects or tasks when necessary

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in office administration / HR support is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in using MS Word & Excel
  • Be a proactive team player with good inter-personal communication skills 
  • Well organized, meticulous and able to handle multi-tasks within deadlines
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn will also be considered
