- Development of human resources management policies & systems, including but not limited to:
- Formulation, administration and implementation of policies
- Development and management of human resources information system
- Development and implementation of appropriate salary structures, bonus schemes and remuneration packages
- Staff salaries and benefits administration, staff performance evaluations and office administration
- HR & Admin Planning:
- Strategic human resources planning & review
- Efficient recruitment and retention and promotion of factory / shop and office staff
- Provide strategic advice and services in all aspects of administration and human resources management
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
- At least 8 years managerial experience of a full spectrum of human resources and administration at senior level in retailing organization
- Experience in retail or F&B industry is a must, with factory experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is preferable.
