Job Description

Duties:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions for the office staff, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, leave administration, MPF and insurance;
  • Assist in external reporting such as tax filing and handling Hong Kong and offshore Company Secretarial documents;
  • Responsible for Administration issues, including follow-up with the procurement and maintenance of office equipment, agreements, policies, insurance, etc. 
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management;
  • Prepare external and internal correspondence with minimal supervision;
  • Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines. with around 3 to 5 years relevant experience working with expatriates;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances;
  • Multi-tasking and initiative individual
  • Good communication, inter-personal & organizational skills, detail-oriented, , pro-active, self-motivating, willing to learn & capable to meet tight schedule and able to work under pressure;
  • Good team player with outgoing & pleasant character;
  • Excellent command of (written and spoken) English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
