Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Human Resources Manager, the appointee will be responsible for providing full spectrum of Human Resources services and administration support to the Human Resources Department. 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Provide efficient and effective human resources services to client departments, including providing support to headcount planning & monitoring, recruitment & selection, employee communication & relations, benefits administration etc.
  • Provide support to and act as secretary for the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) 
  • Provide support to various HR projects, initiatives, staff events and office administration
  • Administer various HR systems and programs, e.g. EHRS, compensation and benefits programs, etc.
  • Perform HR data analytics, e.g., manpower statistics, and compile management reports
  • Maintain an updated, efficient and effective central filing system
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor as and when required                                      

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience; or DSE / HKCEE graduate with 5 passes including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience plus Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience in using SAP / Human Resources Information System would be an advantage
  • Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, innovative, and able to work under pressure
