Job Description

We are looking for a temporary Human Resources Assistant/ Officer to provide Human Resources Administrative supports for our total rewards services and employee life-cycle team,

 

Total Rewards Services Support

  • Assist the team in preparation of Employer's Return for HK tax filing
  • Assist the team in payroll administration and final payment preparation
  • Support the team in general HR administration and other HR tasks whenever needed

 

Life Cycle Team Support

  • Assist the team in employee database management and HR materials in SharePoint site
  • Assist the team in data entry and personnel file management
  • Support the team in general HR administration and other HR tasks whenever needed

We are looking for someone who is immediate available with has hands-on experiences on managing HR administrative duties and HR documents. The contract period would be 3-6 months depends on the availability of the candidate.
