Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our multinational clients with the highest levels of support in all aspects of human resources administration; including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, MPF administration, leave management, tax filing, visa application and handling employee related insurance issues
  • Provide HR solutions to meet clients’ needs and expectations
  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience in HR functions preferably in MNC
  • Practical experience in handling compensation & benefit issue / employee related insurance issue
  • Well versed in employment ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills to meet tight schedules
  • Detailed and analytical mind; self-motivated, mature and a good team player
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
