Job Description

Are you looking for a stable and work-life balance job opportunity?

 

A new opportunity has arisen in a Japanese financial service HR team(3 HR) for a HR Business Partner/Generalist. Their culture is work-life balance and very friendly work environment.

 

Primary responsibilities will include partnering with senior business leaders to understand business strategies and challenges; identifying talent gaps, opportunities for upgrades, and key talent; and developing management and leadership capabilities. The role will also involve performance management/C&B and serving as a trusted advisor to managers on a range of topics, including but not limited to staff retention, team building, and organizational change and design issues.

 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced all-rounded HR Generalist/Business Partner who is highly capable in being an equal partner to the business with strong influencing, communication, networking and analytical skills to support leaders in engaging and enabling their teams to high performance. Ability to translate HR data to enable the right course of action to be taken to address any issues. A passion and drive for enabling and fast tracking talent to set the business up for success being a key aspect of this role.

Duties :

  • Providing all-round generalist HR support to employees and managers
  • Creating and reviewing HR processes and aligning them with wider business processes within the appropriate legal framework
  • Implementing relevant training schemes to support, develop and grow the business capability
  • Managing cultural change
  • Establishing the HR function on site as a trusted partner
  • Liaising closely with the wider UK HR team
  • Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years Human Resources working experience from financial institutions
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellence MS Office skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
