About our client: Our client is a premier destination for buyers and sellers of modern and contemporary works of art in addition to watches, jewels, design, photographs, works on paper and editions,
Assist the Human Resources Director in coordinating with internal departments and external parties for matters concerned
Provide administrative support as needed, in areas such as research, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
Drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes, resolutions and policies in both English and Chinese.
Communicate and coordinate activities, events, and initiatives related to one or several of an organization’s HR functions.
Prepares presentation materials for the Senior Executive
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Tertiary education, Degree Holder is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Mature, independent, responsible, trustworthy, diligent and well-organized
player with excellent people and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and the ability to handle correspondence independently
Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
