Job Description


  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR support to HR Operations Team as an HR generalist
  • Prepare, update and file employment records related to employee lifecycle
  • Assist in preparing, planning and executing ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned


  • University student or fresh graduate in human resources management or business-related disciplines.
  • Familiar with Employment, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations is preferrable
  • Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft office applications (e.g. vlookup, pivot table, mail merge, etc)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as conversational level Mandarin
  • Punctual, detail minded, positive work attitude, customer oriented, and able to handle multi-tasks with good organizing skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
