Job Description

Our client, a premium skincare brand, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them as a Human Resources Manager.

About The Role
Reporting to Head of HR, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for

  • Managing full spectrum of HR services, not limited to Compensation & Benefit, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management and other ad hoc HR projects as required
  • Developing HR policies and procedures to support the business plan and agenda
  • Compiling HR analytic reports for management review

About You

  • University Graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years solid experience in Human Resources, preferably in MNC or retail/FMCG/cosmetics & skincare industries
  • Action oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Highly motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with sound interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
