Our client is a law firm located at Central urgently looking for a HR Manager to join their company with details as follows:
Oversee full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, talent retention and C&B
Formulate, review and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with the company objectives
Involve in on-going people management system development and enhancement
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Degree or above in Human Resources/ Business Management or related discipline
3 years’ experience in full spectrum of human resources in legal firm or professional services
Well versed with HK employment ordinances, tax regulations & other HR-related legislations
High proficiency in both English and Chinese
Familiar with MS Office
With high sense of responsibilities, strong analytical skills, as well as good interpersonal and management skills
Salary negotiable (HK$30-50K) depends on qualifications & experience.
