-Establish HR Strategy, design policies and programmes for the Company, acquainted with Employment Ordinance.
-Develop yearly HR budgeting and work closely with Finance & Accounting function and Senior Management for approval.
-Implemented in accordance with organization’s human resources strategy, e.g., recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, performance evaluation.
-Lead the training & development programmes aligned with organization objectives and capability gaps.
-Oversee all recruitment activities such as advertising, interview, contract drafting, and on-boarding processes and ensure their success.
-Drive compensation and benefits benchmark exercises to ensure market competitiveness.
-Represent the organization, as needed, in interactions with external parties in order to protect the organization’s interests and reputation.
-Manage and maintain employee personal files.
-Degree Holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
-Minimum 15 years relevant working experience, of which at least 8 years at managerial level, preferable from manufacturing industry.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
-Team player equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Meticulous, well-organized, proactive in problem-solving and equipped with good time management skills
-Proficient with MS office software applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
