Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage full spectrum of HR services including staffing and retention, training and development, succession planning, organization development, employer branding and employee relations
  • Formulate and implement HR policies & procedures in line with forecast growth of the business
  • Partner with management and head of business units to identify business needs to enhance employee capability and productivity
  • Drive cultural integration and employee engagement through staff campaigns retention strategies
  • Lead and mentor local HR team

Qualifications :

  • University graduate in Human Resources Manager or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years of experiences in F&B industry HR field of which with 3 year in supervisory level
  • Good people management skills
  • Strong team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HK Labor Ordinances
  • Strong sense of accountability, detail-minded and multi-tasked
  • Able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
