Our client:

A ICT service provider under a leading Telecom Carrier. The company size is expanding(Currently around 150) with rapidly growing business. They are now looking for a Human Resources Manager for C&B function. You will be responsible for hands on C&B operation and review and improve the existing C&B strategy. Your role:

• Be responsible for implementing C&B initiatives for Hong Kong office
• Handle monthly payroll, social insurance, company welfare & benefits, personnel information administration, market benchmarking, etc.
• Manage and provide C&B services to review and develop programs and best practice such as annual salary review, annual budgeting and other reward related activities, and develop salary structure across the region
• Develop and review C&B strategies and policies to support the Company's business growth and in compliance with local regulations
• Act as an internal consultant to HRs and business managers on C&B related topics, including labor dispute cases
• Assist in managing external service providers, monitoring effectiveness of reward programs and participating in ad hoc HR projects if required

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 8 years working experience, preferably gained from exposure Chinese companies or from Mainland China
• Passion in reward management with solid function and technical knowledge in C&B, performance management practices
• Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks under time pressure
• Great attention to details and accuracy
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PC proficiency with the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written and spoken of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferable
