Human Resources Manager – HR Services Team

What this job involves:

  • Lead the HR Services Team to provide high quality of shared services support covering the Greater Bay Area including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Southern China
  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee life cycle including but not limited to employee on/off-boarding support, enquiries handling, employee movement, mobility support, HRIS management, L&D support, HR dashboard preparation, etc
  • Develop standard operation procedures to align and streamline operational procedures for achieving operational efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and data protection standards across designated process areas
  • Partner closely with Regional/Greater China HR and other COE to facilitate the implementation of Global/Regional projects and initiatives

  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management
  • 8 years of working experience with focus on HR service delivery, HR operations and HRIS management in sizeable multinational organizations covering Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Southern China
  • Self-motivated and committed to drive change
  • Able to work in a dynamic and matrix business environment
  • Effective problem solving & analytical skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in managing different stakeholders
  • Well-versed in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau Employment Ordinance and HR practices
  • Project management experience an advantage
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
