Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team leader in solving the assigned department’s staffing needs, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, including preparing payroll administration, entering salary, overtime (OT) and annual leave data
  • Create and maintain employee data records, personnel documents and organizational chart
  • Support corporate social responsibility and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate with related external and government agencies where necessary
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ of experience in human resources management, preferably in the property management industry
  • Detail minded, initiative and able to work independent
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • For those who has less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer – Human Resources
