Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service support to HR functions in areas of recruitment, training & development and staff recreation
  • Assist in monitoring HR operations, coordinate and support in training events & staff recreation activities
  • Provide support in workflow streamlining to enhance HR operational efficiency and improve internal customers’ experience
  • Keep abreast of the latest employment ordinances
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or any related discipline
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is preferable
  • Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and project management skill
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing)
