HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION)
- Full spectrum of employee compensation claims;
- Coordinate in the investigation of accidents/work injury cases;
- Implement the entire claim process, including preparation and submission of all claim documents, data entry, claims reimbursements and settlement;
- Manage the claims functions to ensure claim efficiency and ensure recoverable amounts are followed up
