Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limited to recruitment, staff relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, MPF, etc.
  • Manage staff profiles in HR system/e-platform and ensure the data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records
  • Assist in on-boarding process, staff movement and off-boarding administration
  • Prepare and compile various HR statistics and reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects/ duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above relevant experience in human resources management
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Detail-minded, pleasant, self-motivated, well-organized and good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including English & Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Human Resources Officer position

  * Fresh Graduate with relevant part-time experience will be considered
