Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end recruitment function from identifying effective recruitment channels, sourcing strategies and candidate management;
  • Work closely with business units to understand their recruitment needs and requirements;
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment advice and support which meet the needs of line managers, the new and existing employees;
  • Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal, external stakeholders;
  • Review and implement activities to improve retention and reduce turnover;
  • Support various employee relations activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in sizable companies and fast-paced business environment, preferably in retail industry;
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS applications such as Excel and Words and PowerPoint;
  • High attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Independent, fast-paced, multi-tasking, result-oriented and self-motivated.
