Responsibilities

  • Shadow senior recruiters in learning how to manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, arranging interviews to offer stage
  • For support/junior level candidates, screen job applications and contact candidates to understand their background and experience for talent mapping
  • Schedule interviews, facilitate assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience
  • Build influential relationships with junior candidates during the selection process
  • Support lead recruiter on recruitment lifecycle to provide meets firms resourcing needs
  • Manage Application Tracking System
  • Assist in offer management and delivery
  • Facilitating onboarding procedures for successful candidates
  • Keep track on candidates’ status and prepare periodic reports for recruiting activities
  • Develop and update job descriptions based on hiring needs, and post jobs to the appropriate job channels

Requirements

  • A university degree holder from all disciplines preferably in Human Resources, psychology or business-related majors
  • 1 year’s relevant experience in recruitment and resourcing is preferred, fresh graduates with a proactive learning attitude will be considered
  • A strong team player with good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written), fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
