Job Description

Assistant Human Resources / Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities: 

  • To provide a full range of human resources (HR) services to 4 site offices including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, performance management, staff relations, etc.;
  • To handle daily operation in respect of compensation and benefits management including payroll administration, MPF scheme administration, maintenance of HR related systems;
  • To take part in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, or equivalent;
  • At least 6 years Human Resources Generalist experience 
  • Experience in the recruitment of Engineering / Technical staff is an advantage 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good analytical, organization, problem-solving and project management skills; and
  • Mature, flexible, customer-oriented and a good team player.

Assistant HR Manager  (HK & PRC)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire employment cycle and play a major role in staff recruitment 
  • Work closely with the assigned PRC business units in providing HR advice and initiatives
  • PRC payroll review, checking and approval 
  • Assist in planning and implementation of effective HR policies and solutions to support the business needs
  • Compile periodic HR reports and data consolidation

Requirements:

  • University Graduate in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in HR field and exposure to PRC HR operations
  • Well-versed in PRC and HK employment ordinances and HR practices
  • Solid experience in staff recruitment and PRC payroll checking
  • Organized, attentive to details and figures
  • Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English and Putonghua

 

Human Resources and Payroll Officer

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle the operations payroll (600 staff) and other HR related duties
  • Prepare HR related reports and correspondence
  • Maintain proper employee record in HRIS
  • Participate in HR-related projects as assigned
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources discipline
  • At least 3 years of bulk payroll / operations / front line payroll experience
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and other related legislation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
