Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overall coordination, implementation, control
and completion of various Group and in-house HR projects and programs. The incumbent will work out with different stakeholders to manage ongoing project plans and resources as well as to coach and motivate
team members to drive the projects through to resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant project management experience in multi-national corporation
High level of accountability with advanced project management and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with good critical thinking and strategic planning mindset
Familiar with HR system application such as Oracle
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
