Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and business retention teams to achieve target
  • Build and develop relationship with customers
  • Manage the daily operation and ensure comply with compliance
  • Ensure the quality and procedure by call monitoring
  • Conduct training and coaching to the teams or individuals

Requirement:

  • DSE or above
  • 1 year or above experiences in managing insurance sales team
  • IIQE paper 1 & 2 holder is preferred
  • Strong people management and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
