Job Description

Our client is looking for an Interior Design Manager to join their dynamic team


  • Lead a technical team and coordinate with internal and external parties to implement new outlets establishment and renovation projects
  • Involve from design to handover stage
  • Ensure the projects adhere to company policy, standard and statuory requirements
  • Conduct feasibility study for the projects, including site inspection and preliminary budget projection
  • Manage the tendering process, ensuring the process is complied withg company policy
  • Create group guidelines and documentations regarding shop layout and design
  • Project management, monitoring the budget, work progress and quality to ensure it is in line with the plan
  • Monitor and coordinate with contractors on site


  • Degree or above in Interior Design, Building Survery, Engineering or related discipline
  • Possess PMP, facility management certificate or equivalent qualification
  • 8-10 years or above relevant experience, with 5 years in supervisory level
  • With experience in handling oversea projects
  • Multitasking and attentive to details
  • Well organized and planning
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong at AutoCAD, MS office applications and Photoshop usage
  • Occasional travel required
