Job Description

Reporting to the Safety & Security Services (Internal Control and Store Audit) Manager, you will assist to develop & implement strategic safety & security programs to mitigate risks potentially impacting company profitability, partner's safety & asset protection. You will manage partner & asset protection activities & work closely with operations management to ensure effective deployment of such programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with vendors & other teams to ensure successful execution of the safety & security strategic plan & supporting programs.
  • Monitor milestones & KPI the safety & security strategy plan & provide operations management with practical recommendations.
  • Provide functional expertise to evaluate potential financial & operational impact from different ad hoc projects. Present data, propose solutions & identify opportunities to management for improvement.
  • Analyze current processes, tools, systems or databases & provide recommendations for improvement with quantifiable benefits.
  • Manage compliance audits of designated facilities including retail stores. Analyze safety & security issues, propose solutions & oversee remedial measures implementations.
  • Conduct investigations on potential fraud & non-compliance. Report findings to appropriate operations, partner resources & legal partners.
  • Manage trainings & communications with store partners & operations management on safety & security policies & procedures.
  • Revisit current policies & procedures on regular basis with comprehensive & up-to-date safety & security guidance.
  • Provide security advice on new & renovated stores.


Requirements
:

  • Bachelor degree in auditing or business related discipline
  • 2 yrs working experience within the retailing industry with solid knowledge & interest in loss prevention, theft recognition, shrinkage prevention, case development & documentation
  • Possess with excellent business analytical skills, with the ability to see implications & provide consultative solutions & recommendations; strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good command in both English & Chinese and proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint is definite an asset
