Assist the senior to provide the best service to company members and guests.
My client is a tier 1 Investment bank based in Hong Kong for more than a decade.
They provide world class financial services to different parties operating in more than 50 cities all over the world.

* To provide effective, efficient, quality and timely services to our members, employers & fund managers
* To handle the follow up requests and complaints from members, employers, fund managers, external trustees and authorities
* To adhere with the procedures, policy, regulations and trust deeds. Ensure all staff under supervisor is adhering to procedures and regulations
* To suggest changes to procedures and streamline processes for efficiency gain due to system changes and legislative changes
* To lead the team and to monitor, motivate, coach and train the staff
* To monitor and coordinate various UATs or project if necessary
* To cross support the job of other teams from time to time as assign
* To assist and back up Asst Manager / Manager
- Exprience in Customer service especially in Pension (MPF/ORSO) would be a huge advantage
- Banking Customer service experience is preferred
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good attitude and able to work independently
