The Group is principally engaged in the clean energy businesses and major shareholders of Company include Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited, private equity funds managed by CITIC Private Equity Funds Management Co., Ltd. and Tus-Holdings Co. Ltd. To cope with our business expansion, we are hiring high calibre investor relations professionals with career passion to join our Hong Kong office:

Responsibilities:

• Participate and host investors meetings, conference calls and events
• Assist Senior Manager in the production of IR materials including PowerPoint presentations, annual / interim reports, results announcements, financial press releases and internal reports for both management and investors
• Maintain IR website content, investor database, IR mailbox and keep proper filing system
• Produce sector and peer comparison analysis to highlight key changes of market views for internal use
• In charge of all investor / analyst queries, assist Senior Manager to reply properly
• Participate in corporate governance practice and assist to prepare the relevant meeting minutes
• Assist statutory record filing, including maintain company statutory records in different jurisdictions, including HK, BVI, Cayman and China
• Handle department administration work, including but not limited to management logistic schedule, vendor contracts, invoice and expenses, etc.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business management, finance or related discipline(s)
• 3 years of experience in investor relations and/or sell side research with a good understanding of the sell-side/buy-side fundamentals
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking and willing to take initiatives
• Strong team spirit and a good team player
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Occasional travel will be required
