Responsibilities: 

• Assist Senior Manager in the production of IR materials including PowerPoint presentations, annual / interim reports, results announcements, financial press releases and internal reports for both management and investors
• Analyze and summarize market data and research reports and track earnings estimates and market consensus
• Maintain IR website content, investor database, IR mailbox and keep proper filing system
• Schedule IR events including meetings, conferences, phone calls, site visits and other events with executives
• Handle department administration work, including but not limited to IR budget, vendor contracts, invoice and expenses, etc.
• Assist in handling enquiry from the investment community, including analysts, investors, financial media, etc. 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments
  
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines. CPA or CFA qualified is preferred
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in IR function of sizable listed company, experience in research at investment banks is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and writing skills with good learning agility
• Flexibility to changing environments and ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
• Highly committed and self-driven personality with a “can-do” attitude
• Knowledgeable in capital markets and financial performance metrics would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
