Our client is a leading company looking for a IT - Account Executive to join their team.
Job description and responsibilities
- Support campaign planning by researching new contracts for the targeted segments, profiling new and existing contacts
- Align messaging, value proposition and content with sales and solution specialists for campaign planning and execution
- Cold call and email activities to generate qualified Leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Account Executives and Marketing
- Handover qualified sales leads to sales team to proceed to the next sales stage according to the defined process
- Follow up on early stage sales leads and / or re-energize inactive opportunities back into tan active sales cycles
- Plan activities in close alignment with Field Sales for most efficient opportunity discovery and acceleration
- Input all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities into the system
- Participate in activities to enhance demand generation and product / solution skills
- University graduate in business or equivalent
- With minimum 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience, as telesales or telemarkeitng or field sales.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Experience with high volume phone-centric work is an advantage
- Experience in using CRM or contact management system
- Able to speak with c-level executives with confidence and identify business issues
- Ability to learn about products and solutions then map them to customers' issues or business models and describe them to customers
