Job Description

The Company

Our client is a top-tier international law firm. They are looking for your brilliance as an experienced system and administration professional to support internal users. Responsibilities

  • Provide first tier support and troubleshooting
  • Handle installation, configuration of the infrastructure
  • Update and manage of all escalated tickets in accordance with local, regional and global Customer Services standards and processes
  • Manage IT equipment (Blackberry, Smartphones/loan laptop pool/ VC devices) with associated procedures
  • Effectively and proactively identify and communicate operations and business risks to appropriate levels of IT and management
  • Manage operational documentations / knowledge database
  • Participate in IT projects (such as office relocation, system upgrade and migration) for the Hong Kong Office and regional offices if required
  • Handle regional local office IT support

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years or above relevant experience in legal/ professional services environment
  • Strong desktop, laptop, IP phone system and printer hardware support and maintenance knowledge
  • Professional Certification (e.g. MCSDT qualification or A+) is preferred
  • Knowledge of the ITIL
  • Experience in supporting Citrix, RSA, BES, ServiceNow, GOOD and call manager system will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of latest Windows system and all related problems with OS and registries, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (2007 - 2016)
  • Experience in Active Directory role, Exchange, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN as it relates to desktop support activities
  • Knowledge of document management systems and e-filing processes
  • Outstanding English and spoken Mandarin levels
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong organization and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior IT Analyst
