Job Description

Looking for a IT Desktop / Helpdesk Engineer to provide IT support for a large Multi National Corporation.

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote support for users 
  • Troubleshooting IT issues
  • Work on up coming projects

  

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years experience Desktop / Helpdesk support
  • Experienced with Level 2 IT support 
  • Strong Technical experience around supporting Windows 7/10, Office, Active Directory
  • Excellent Technical and Analytical Problem Solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
