Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Provide hardware, software and network support to internal users;
  • Assist in hardware and software setup, installation, upgrades and maintenance 
  • Perform routine system checks on servers, networks, firewalls and backups 
  • Provide other IT-related support as required by the business


  • Higher Diploma in Networking, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of platform environments on which Middleware is run
  • Solid knowledge and experience in HTML, ASP C#, CSS, PHP and MySQL would be advantage
  • 1 - 2 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
  • Ability to work independently, flexibly and positively
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

(Candidates with solid experience on web application will be considered as Senior IT Executive)
