JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to manage and support IT working environment of Hong Kong and Macau, secure the Hong Kong & Macau IT environment which is aligning with company requirement.
• Setup standard and smoothly communication channel between IT and business team, understand the business requirement and manage the result.
• Well organize and build the supporting engine which can deliver the efficiently work.
• Regular reporting and communicating with IT other functional teams.
• Join the global meeting and responsible to share IT requirement from Hong Kong & Macau.
• Setup the regular meeting with Taiwan IT people to review and support Taiwan IT business.
• Achieve the target of POS implementation and door open.
• Responsible for continuing maintenance on assigned production applications. Collaborate with other IS departments to ensure successful deployment and support of retail applications.
• Participate in development, testing, and maintenance of application enhancements. Trouble shooting code, test, debug, and document applications. Monitor test results, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Follow departmental standards and guideline. Assist in overall system application documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENT  

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 7 years IT working experience in FMCG company, and 3 years of management experience in Information System with demonstrated experience in people management.  And she/he should have experience on vendor and technical supporting team management.
• Good communication skill on not only IT but also business. He/She can work with business team to work out the solution on Application.
• Well understand network & security knowledge, know the control points based on Audit requirement.
• Have competency like Collaboration /Customer focus /Process orientation/Results driven
• Basic skills should have Analytical thinking/Communication skills/Conceptual  thinking/Integration/Problem solving
• Well communication on spoken and written in English, Mandarin speaking is plus 
• Option: SQL Server
