Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop IT operations (applications and infrastructure) across all offices (HK, Bangladesh, Turkey)
  • Supervise IT staffs and optimize performance across all offices
  • Responsible for daily operation, trouble-shooting, and possible improvement and fine-tuning of functions of all ERP and SCM systems incl. MS Dynamics AX, SAP, OSCA etc. to maximize efficiency and usability based on users’ requirements
  • Coding / programming to make simple changes on systems and troubleshooting current issues
  • Pro-actively reach out to other departments and stakeholders to initiate, lead and/or participate in cross-department and/or company-wide projects
  • Act as key user of BI tools and drive / support various business analysis projects
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, develop and implement IT strategy in line with and enhance the core business objective
  • Standardization, documentation and continuous improvement of all IT processes
  • Responsible for all system administration duties in coordination with IT team in Germany
  • Responsible for designing and delivering relevant in-house training for end-users
  • Monitor over 100 Windows-based office workplaces in coordination with IT team in Germany
  • Monitor Windows-based Cisco IP-network and attached components (VoiP, Video Conferencing, Notebooks, MS-Office, Printer, BlackBerries)
  • Capture KPIs, track IT health status, escalate and provide solutions to foreseeable / existing issues
  • Responsible for helpdesk call service and troubleshooting of IT components, MS Office and Exchange issues in coordination with IT team in Germany
  • Optimize service-level agreements to provide best solutions and maximize cost-efficiency
  • Overall IT vendor management
  • Installation, configuration, testing and support of all IT equipment
  • Responsible for the procurement of IT components as well as the overall standardization and optimization of procurement processes

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Sense of ownership, motivated self-learner
  • Excellent team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric with good communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Chinese
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience, of which at least 1 year on supervisory level
  • Hands-on experience as well as supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in coding and programming will be a big advantage
  • Familiar with MS Dynamics AX and SAP systems
  • Experienced Cisco Network-, Windows- and MS-Office Professional
  • Experience working in the fashion trading sector is a bonus
