Job Description

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

  • To manage and perform supervisory duties on IT Operations teams including Data Centre, Operations Support and Production Control.
  • Overseeing and directing the day-to-day processes and activities of IT Operations, ensuring that systems, services and infrastructure work reliably and securely. To provide budget control and planning for the teams.
  • To set procedure and processes in line with company standards. To act as Incident Manager to manage the lifecycle of all unplanned interruptions, malfunctions and quality reductions of provided IT services.
  • To act as Department Complaint Manager to handle any customer complaint related to IT. To lead the Operations and Infrastructure teams to perform regular Disaster Recovery Drill.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • With 10+ years of work experience in IT management, project management, end-user and IT infrastructure support. Experience working in banking and finance is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in maintaining scalable and mission critical IT infrastructure with network, storage, high availability and resilience.
  • Experience in IT operations and management, including capacity planning, forecasting, risk management, incident response, business continuity planning, vendor management and procurement.
  • Solid experience in managing IT Infrastructure life cycle management, such as upgrade, deployment, tech refresh, implementation.
  • Excellent leader on team building, coaching and giving guidance to team members and peers.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
  • Familiar with technical domains of the above teams to be managed.
  • Experience in ITSM and prefer to have ITIL certification.
  • Solid experience in managing a 7x24 support team.
  • English language fluency required, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency will be advantage.
