Our client, an IT Storage Vendor is looking for an IT Project Coordinator.
The main purpose of this position is to provide support to the Global Accounts team and the leader of Global Accounts Strategy in various capacities. This includes managing sales materials, coordinating planning meetings & workshops, note taking, and monthly sales meeting presentations. Other duties are as assigned.
Manage and update sales material, both content, outline, format and design.
Scribing & note taking during account planning sessions and other specified meetings
Research, compile and create content for quarterly sales meetings, including design and presentation creation.
Internal content design development. Work with business owners on collateral material for use in meetings, presentations, printed materials, newsletters, websites, etc.
Sales event management and coordination, both internal and external.
