  • Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
  • To be responsible for building / maintain the system network, operation system platform and system backup.
  • Oversee Retail and related Retail Applications such as POS, traffic count
  • Provide day to day support to store and office area
  • Handle IT issues and problems related to Retail Application Area and data integration among various solutions and platforms
  • Web Developer Participate in development, maintenance and implementation of Web application
  • Work independently and able to follow up the web and digital projects from planning to execution with outside contractors
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience
  • Experience working across Retail IT
  • Good understanding in Retail IT Operations and Office Area Operation to build solutions onto Online Platform, POS, CRM, and ERP
  • Able to work independently and with good team spirit
  • Well-versed in office facilities, purchasing of network and IT equipment
  • Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines is an advantage
