Job Description


  • Provide on-site IT Technical support and help desk support to deprived families
  • Assist in designing training materials to users
  • Conduct and assist social workers in project-based learning classes
  • Working Location: Cheung Sha Wan/Wong Tai Sin/Shau Kei Wan/Kowloon City


  • Non-degree Tertiary or above in Information System or related disciplines
  • Preferably with experience in computer hardware & software problem diagnostic and troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, written and verbal
  • Willing to work in weekdays evening or Sat afternoon
  • Mature and proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
